Each session features a stylish haircut, nail trim and buff, ear cleaning, ear hair plucking (as needed), teeth brushing, and a customized double shampoo and conditioning treatment selected for your dog’s specific coat needs. We also include a delightful blueberry facial, coat brushing, gland expression (as needed), hand fluff drying, and de-shedding services when applicable. All of this is accompanied by exclusive, one-on-one attention, ensuring your dog feels loved and cared for throughout their time with us.

Grooming sessions typically last between 1 to 4 hours, depending on the size and needs of your dog. We take our time to ensure each pet receives the attention and care they deserve, allowing for a thorough grooming experience that leaves them looking and feeling fabulous.

No, we do not kennel dogs. We understand that being in an unfamiliar environment can be stressful for pets, which is why we prioritize comfort and relaxation. Instead of kenneling, your dog will enjoy the freedom and comfort of our free-roam doggie lounge, allowing them to relax and feel at ease throughout their grooming session.

We recommend introducing your new puppy to the grooming experience between 12 to 16 weeks of age. This first introductory visit will be gentle and tailored to get them accustomed to the grooming process. It typically includes a bath, blow dry, nail trim and buff, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and a light trim around the face, paws, and sanitary areas. Early exposure helps build positive associations with grooming, making it a more enjoyable experience for them in the future.

For the safety and comfort of all pets in our salon, we keep unfamiliar dogs separate. This approach ensures each dog has a peaceful experience during their grooming session.

Yes, dog hair coloring is safe when done correctly. We exclusively use Opawz dyes, which are specially formulated from vegetable pigments and are safe for pets. Our groomers are trained to apply these dyes gently and responsibly, ensuring a fun and vibrant experience for your pup.

Dogs’ skin renews itself about every 21 days, which means regular grooming helps remove dead skin, excess oils, and buildup before it causes irritation or odor. For this reason, many dogs do best with grooming every 3–4 weeks. This schedule keeps their skin healthy, coat in great condition, and prevents tangles or matting.

Clients are welcome to park in the horseshoe driveway right in front of the building. It’s convenient and just steps away from the entrance!

Yes. Prepayment at the time of booking helps us reserve dedicated, one-on-one time for your dog, so they get a calm, personalized grooming experience every visit.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, your prepayment can be applied to a future appointment or refunded in full. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late or failing to attend your appointment is considered a no-show. Prepaid amounts in these cases are non-refundable, as we dedicate this time exclusively to your dog.

Anal gland expression may be included in our grooming packages when it is needed and when it can be done safely. It is not performed on every dog, as unnecessary or frequent expression can cause irritation or other issues. If you would like this service specifically included or skipped, please let us know during booking or drop-off. Otherwise, it will be performed at the groomer’s discretion based on your dog’s individual needs.

Ear hair plucking may be performed when it is appropriate for your dog’s ear health and comfort. Not all dogs benefit from ear hair removal, and over-plucking can lead to irritation or inflammation. If you prefer that ear hair always be plucked or always be left alone, please let us know during booking or drop-off. If no preference is stated, the groomer will decide based on what is safest and most appropriate for your dog.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

To ensure a calm, one-on-one experience for every dog, we ask that drop-offs not be more than 15 minutes early and pickups occur within an hour of notification that your dog is ready. An additional daycare fee may apply for late pickups.

We use high-quality, pet-safe shampoos and conditioners, including options for sensitive or hypoallergenic skin, as well as scent-free products for dogs with sensitivities.

We do not currently offer hand stripping services. Instead, we’re happy to guide you toward alternative grooming options that best support your dog’s coat type and overall care.

We’ll text you about 15 minutes before your pup is finished so you have time to head back. Once you receive the message, you’re welcome to return for pickup and we’ll have your pup ready when you arrive.
